Attention Returns Department Rt 109 & 4th Avenue Cape May, NJ 08204 All returns must have an Return Authorization code, so please email us at returns@seagearmarine.com for returns authorization codes.   While a credit or refund will be given for the value or the returned product, we do not reimburse you for shipping and handling.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient and not Sea Gear Marine Supply.  We recommend that you return your merchandise via and insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

Sea Gear Marine Supply, INC. uses UPS as our exclusive shipper. Orders received by 12 PM EST will usually ship within 48 hours when all items are in stock. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for Standard Ground Shipping.  Express Saver orders will arrive within 3 business days. 

Overnight orders will be received the next business day. 

We do not currently ship outside of the USA. 

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and are calculated in real time.

	Policies Our goal is to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Sea Gear Marine Supply, simply return it to us within two weeks of our ship date in it original packaging with all tags, and in brand new condition.  Custom orders are exempt from return.
